-Interior Designer
We're looking to hire an Interior Designer to join our Hong Kong interior design team. This team member will work on a wide range of exciting high-profile projects. The work is often integrated to multidimensional projects that involve both graphic design and interior.
Ideally candidates will have:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in related industry
- Education in Architecture, Interior Design or Product Design
- Skilled in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, InDesign & Photoshop
- Strong visual presentation skills
- Team leader & player
- Fluent in English is a must, Mandarin is a plus
- More experience will be considered to be Senior.

-Project-based Senior Project Manager (Interior)
We're looking to hire a Project-based Senior Project Manager (Interior) to help us on two showsuites design for a new mixed-used development in Guangzhou. The two showsuites are built for the leasing & marketing purpose of its retail complex and office tower respectively.
Come and talk to us if you're experienced and driven, and get excited about managing a team of designers and contractors throughout all stages of the creative and construction process.The project manager will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination during the construction stage of the project in Guangzhou (tentatively 4 months between Dec 2013 - Mar 2014) and will be involved in preliminary work.
Ideally candidates will have:
- Hands-on on-site experience in interior & architecture
- Brief and follow up work with the creative team
- Liaise with clients, creatives as well as vendors for execution (sites in Guangzhou)
- Coordinate timely submissions by contractors (material sample submissions, shop drawing submissions, status report submissions, etc.)
- Hold regular design/construction coordination meetings with main contractor & sub-contractors (A/C, F/S, E&M, AV, Model, etc.), prepare agenda, meeting reports & follow up on actions to be taken by each party
- Facilitate exchange of information between contractors to ensure interfacing between related disciplines are well coordinated
- Check site progress, identity problems & solutions; ensure work programme to follow through
- Handle submissions to Government bodies/landlord for obtaining the necessary permits/approval
- Report to the project director and senior management
- Be willing to travel
- Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
