Marc & Chantal Design is breaking away from the traditional glitz and glamour common to residential property campaigns in Hong Kong by keeping-it-real for Gramercy, the newest luxury residential development in Central, situated at 38 Caine Road. The building, developed by Phoenix Property Investors was exceptionally well received with nearly all units selling out over the course of one weekend.
The concept began with the tagline ‘Get Centred’, a play on the contrast between life amidst the hustle and bustle of Central, and the Zen-like qualities of Gramercy. From there, we created a visual and literary journey based on the idea of finding inner peace in the heart of the city. Together with the developer, the team at Marc & Chantal produced a full branding and marketing campaign with collaterals such as brochures and direct mailing, hoarding, advertising and multimedia. With the building’s natural finishes and spa like design, the visual identity lent itself to the concept’s urban-escape sensibility.
The making of Gramercy was a collaboration of internationally recognised designers, such as the renowned interior designer, Peter Remedios (Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, Four Seasons New York).
