“Earlier this year, we were approached by our friends at Relish (formerly Relish Kitchen) and tasked with the mission to refresh and update the brand.
Founded in 2005, Relish started as a bespoke catering company with a focus on using fresh seasonal produce from around the world. Over the years, they have grown into a multi-faceted brand—extending their scope of work to event planning and styling for a wide variety of occasions ranging from corporate cocktails to intimate dinner parties and lavish weddings. The team decided to drop “Kitchen” from the name to address the brand’s exponential growth, but exceptional food is still at the core of what Relish offers today.
Inspired by the idea that every affair with Relish is a unique celebration done with finesse and flair, we created a new visual identity and system. The refreshed logo makes use of vibrant colours and an elegant typeface, which extends into a fun visual system that can be applied flexibly onto a variety of applications. We also developed a memorable tagline that encompasses the brand’s promise to each client: RELISH. REVEL. REPEAT.
