In collaboration with Marriott, owned by PT Fortuna Paradiso Optima, we are branding Ta'aktana, a Luxury Collection Resort in Labuan Bajo, Indonesia. Located at the gateway to The Flores Island and Komodo National Park, home to the famous Komodo dragons, this is the only international luxury resort offered in this area. ”

The first iconic Sea Villas in Labuan Bajo will be housed here, alongside suites and other villas comprising 70 keys. For to-be-weds, this resort will also be a wedding destination, equipped with a chapel. Other facilities include a fitness centre, spa, five food and beverage options, including a sea-front speciality restaurant and speciality bar.

Each Luxury Collection hotel is positioned as the Destination Authority to be indigenous, rare and captivating. We take inspiration from the Flores’ cultural heritage and the magnetising beauty of the nature surrounding and reframe them in a contemporary setting. The brand positioning, narrative and experience focus on expressing the layered story of the indigenous cultural richness and local rituals, and instilling sustainable practices from top to bottom. We will also be designing the site’s way-finding and signages.
